48V POE-injection wall bricks seem to be 0.5A and only half the price anyway.
I foolishly assumed that if you were even bothering to ask then the thing was £100+, not £20 🙂
You're going to struggle to get a 60W PSU into a smaller package because physics - do the maths on PSU efficiency and heat rejection and you'd see that a much smaller box would be too hot to touch.

That’s 60W which is in medium-sized laptop territory, and that’s about the least I’d pay for a PSU of that power level and expect it to work and not kill anyone.
It’s probably because it’s a PoE injector so it needs enough juice to power other devices on the network.

I need a power supply for one a NetGear GS110TP ProSafe Switch. The switch says 48v 1.25A
