  • I’m selling my day one, it is quite high spec but will be willing to split if there is interest.

    Medium frame
    Whisky carbon forks
KTM carbon flex seatpost (100ish grams)
    Easton carbon gravel bars
    Miche primito cranks
    Halo cog
    Izumi chain
Token ti bottom bracket with carbon shell and ceramic bearings
Shimano hydraulic brakes (rear calliper included but not fitted.
    Kalloy lightweights stem
    SKS Alu mudguards
    WTB rims
    Surly rear hub
    SP dynamo front hub
    DB spokes
    WTB byway tyres setup tubeless
    Supernova dynamo light setup

Bottle cages, aero bars, saddle and pedals not included. I also have the original fork that I can include at no cost.

I don’t know how to price this as the forks cost £375, handlebars £150, seatpost £100, cranks £150, BB £100, dynamo lights £170, wheels a few hundred. It starts adding up real quick.

Let’s say £1000 but I’m willing to negotiate.

  • that was a nice build
    interested in forks + bars
    and crankset + bb

  • Someone interested in the wheelset via PM

  • I’m only getting rid as it was a commuting bike and I have a new job that is just round the corner. I’ll also be doing the same shifts as my wife so we will take a tandem.

  • @glws I’d be looking at getting around £900 even if I split. As long as people speak for most of the parts I’m ok with going this way. How much would you be looking at paying?

  • 900 is a bit much for forks and bars ? not sure i get what you mean

  • I meant I wanted £900ish in total. Forks, bars, cranks and BB I would be happy with £400 as that is most of the high price parts.

  • you even look like @youramericanlover !!

    YAL, treat yo self

  • Just been scrolling through the archive furiously to find the perfect picture for a game of spot the difference but, no luck.

  • do the bars have a bit of flare ? what model is it ?

  • It’s not just me then.

    Nice setup, GLWS!

  • Even worse is that my beard is unusually short in my picture. Normally the same length as yours. Never had a twin before.

  • We should start a crime syndicate or share a modelling contract

  • I don’t think we will get much work as models...

  • We only need enough money to replace our fixie chainsets so probably just seasonal magazine work would be enough

  • I might be interested in wheels price depending ... ?

  • I’d be looking at £200 plus shipping including the tyres. Another £100 for the light setup. If you’d want both I’d cover postage.

  • thanks, i forgot to ask about steerer length

  • What's the setup please?

  • Ah sorry just read details

  • 226mm that is quickly measured while on the bike. If it’s touch and go I’ll take it out and do it properly.
