@ChainBreaker I have one of those cheap rubber/silicone mounts on my motorbike as I didn't want the quadlock spend till I had done some more research on the exact bits I need.
The rubber/silicone thing is fine on my Samsun S8 on the motorbike, It's a slight pain to get on and off compared the quad lock which I have on the commute push bike.
