You've been away. You've visited different places. You should, I would suggest, quarantine yourself.

If Switzerland is going on to a "naughty" list. It means the infection levels have been on the rise. I mean. Don't just take my word for it:
    https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/covid-19_coronavirus--the-situation-in-switzerland/45592192

(much like the UK, cases are rising)

Now. You could try and drill down and find out if your particular Canton is affected. And then you could say to yourself "well, I think we probably were ok".
    But if you see this:

Anyone travelling from Switzerland to Scotland on or after 4am on
August 22 will need to self-isolate for 14 days.

You'd probably think,"hmm. if Scotland is on the self isolate list for entry to Switzerland, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole of the UK goes on soon". Which should make you think "I'll probably be on the self quarantine list for the reverse journey"

Now, whether you think "I could do xyz and then avoid the quarantine by driving here and stopping there" and don't think "this all sounds a bit Dom Cummings" then I think perhaps you need to have a word with yourself.

You've been "ABROAD". You've gone to somewhere there has been a steady increase in the number (overall) of cases (yes, you're right, we can't tell how nasty the case was only if it was a case or not). You're going to drive to another country to avoid stopping/transit rule so that you can avoid self quarantine when you get back to a country that will probably be requiring self quarantine from the country you stayed in. And this country you travelled from will reciprocate this quarantine arrangement.
