I agree with you Arducius- if we leave Switzerland whilst it is exempt then we have not been in a non-exempt country.
Otherwise it makes a nonsense of all those people who rushed home from France- they’d been in France during the last 14 days, but they made it home before it’s status changed so didn’t have to isolate.
