I’ve only done the Caledonian Sleeper once to Fort William, midnight departure, awake at Edinburgh, breakfast in silence and awe as we travelled through stunning countryside. Hands down best train journey experience in my life. Okay Interlaken to Grindewald through a snowstorm was pretty epic too.
