There appears to be a huge number of people buying properties who can't translate the dimensions on a floorplan into an actual idea of how big a room is.
We knew it was small. But floorplans on Rightmove etc. don't always accurately reflect where a door is, for example, which can make the difference between a room this size fitting a single bed or not.
True. I was just amazed at the number of people who looked at my flat and then said "no, the kitchen's too small" as if it wasn't really obvious that the kitchen was small.
