I've got a set of wheels on eBay, listed under a £1 max final value promotion, that has since expired. I assume this is still valid for the listing? It doesn't have to sell before the promotion ends?

Promo applies to item for duration of first listing for both auctions and BIN. Only expires if you relist. Its worth reading the T&Cs.
Btw current final value promo expires midnight tonight
