Cane Creek Headset, new.
Thomson X4, 90mm 7degrees, 25.4mm.
Ultimate USE Carbon riser, 25.4mm 620mm length.
Shimano XT 1x 11spd, used, cassette 11-46t, new KMC chain.
Sram NX cranks, 32t, 165mm.
Mavic Crossmax XL, 26", both smooth and true.
Conti tire front 10% left, Hutchinson rear 50% left.
