They have 5 boys who have since all grown up and left the nest, it used to be their football pitch.
The square bit next to mine and to next door have had 5 different planning applications rejected. Ranging from a bungalow to a block of garages, a developer offered me £120k for part of my garden 2 years ago. We told them to jog on, its been cleared again as I think the guy that owns the land is planning to sell. Want to see how much he wants for it, as I'd love to own it.
