You should never get a Thomson. The Kalloy one will be fine

Excellent. What’s the issue with thomson, overpriced?
One more for you if you don’t mind, what’s the tester approved wipperman 1/8 chain please or are they all ok.

Inappropriate manufacturing method. If you were doing custom lengths and angles, milling from billet would be a tolerable compromise. For a large production run of stock sizes, net shape forging is both stronger and cheaper.
