There’s all sorts of funky marketing tactics going back decades. Sometimes I think Rolex is more of a marketing company that makes watches. I do wonder how much of it is within the brands’ control, how much they are responding to it and how much is a happy accident.
Just checked my Euromillions and unfortunately I can’t now justify applying for the price of this :(
I’ve never got the point about certain brands being overpriced, surely the market dictates that? If Omega were overpriced, people would not buy? Or is it about the perceived quality vs actual quality?
