Nah they are just solid lumps of alu.
The modern Hollowgram Si starts life as a tube that's then worked in to a crank like shape that is then machined. It has no clamshell, no bond. The old OG BB30 Si crank was a clamshell design but nobody uses those now, they've probably all snapped / split. The modern SiSL and SiSL2 are clamshells but Cannondale hardly make / spec them now.
Si hollowgram cranks are hollow forged I thought - not bonded halves like the Si SL.
