Unlikely to be successfully appealed. Astravan probably got ticketed too. Best to be pedantic.

i know that junction well and know exactly what you mean about feeling strangely pedantic waiting to come across (loads of drivers do cut it). but i would say you have no chance appealing. suck it up and go back to that weirdo feeling again.

You have, well used to have some grace where you could enter the bus lane a meter or two before the end if you were turning left.

I've just received a bus lane PCN for being in exactly the same place as this Astravan heading for the left turn lane.
When I avoid crossing the white line until the very end, I've always felt like a pedantic weirdo, but turns out I should have been doing more of it.
Anyone successfully appealed something like this?
