SKS mudguards included with fittings and will fit with the 30mm tyres. I reckon there’s enough room for 35mm G ones, Bowman say 32mm max. I have had BIG 28mm schwalbe pro ones on here with PDW fenders too.

Does the frame have eyelets for full cover mudguards?

Yes, on the rear they’re on the frame, on the fork, no, but bowman supplied 3d printed clips that enabled a traditional front mudguard. They’re included.
