Need advice on Cinelli Vigorelli?

I am 5'9" with a 31.5" inseam and ride a 56cm.

Thanks, that helps a bit. How do you find the 56? I think it would be a bit big for me.

I'm considering the 54 or 52, I don't want the saddle slammed but I also don't want silly saddle to handlebar drop.
