With UK set up we usually do gear cable from right shifter into right side of headtube but it can create a smoother curve if you go past the head tube and into the downtube on the left side, if so then you need to cross the gear cables. It's usually done on smaller frames but a smoother curve is always helpful.

Frame is one that we've done, branded as Fallen cycles, custom designed Ti but built in China as my boss works with steel and brazing. Gear set up is to keep the cables smoother, I personally dislike crossing cables but it makes the top part neater.

Bit jealous of the Ti gravler we sorted for my workmate, I say we, she did all the work after my boss sorted the frame. Will be anodised/painted at some point too.
