Crows foot? I’m sure it’s fine.

I recently tried to do 2x on a 18h rim. I had it almost completely laced before I realized the challenge of doing that.

No reason it would be less safe than 18h hub on 18h rim or anything like that? Would the extra holes basically be aero weight gainz?

Means you can't do a conventional crossing pattern though, hence the crow's foot lacing in the picture above.
