What the fuck is going on with that fork?
It's the new "dislocated" (or pre-crashed) style of forks. Basically the advantage it gives is that, in a head-on crash, the bike does already look fucked before the crash - so you don't need to worry after you have driven into a brick wall.
I think you're confusing the Clydsdale fork with all modern Pinerello bikes.
