Bowie did sleep with children but no one seems to mind.

Him and John Peel get a pass for some unknown reason.

And Phil Hogan in the Guardian writes this about Peel "As for being interested in schoolgirls, well it is true that about a hundred years ago he once married a 15-year-old by accident, but, come on, that could have happened to anyone - especially in the 60s."
