I said something similar about Prince on Twitter and it was probably the most dangerous thing I have ever done.
The venom in the responses was terrifying.I’ve never got Nick Cave. I think he’s just waiting to be the new Morrisey. It’s basically the same kind of career based on a kind of morbid personality cult for ineffectual white blokes . Dodgy novels, anachronistic masculine image and now Nick is starting to dog whistle to the fash with his “free speech” grumbling.

I’ve never got Prince. Just don’t think his music is very good beyond a couple of okay songs and his voice is forgettable.
He’s certainly not the genius he’s held up to be.
