It's the new "dislocated" (or pre-crashed) style of forks.
Basically the advantage it gives is that, in a head-on crash, the bike does already look fucked before the crash - so you don't need to worry after you have driven into a brick wall.

Only thing not making it 100% functional is the lack of mudguards. I will try and sort that out soon.
