Frame is likely NOS. You can still just about get them.
there’s no real issue with build quality. Still see plenty of ancient langsters and precursa being beaten about. This is my second visp and I rode the first more than any other bike I’ve ever owned

Bright pink Visp on Tower bridge. Do they still make visps because I’m amazed there are any that have survived this long!
