I have a bianchi full carbon. Threadless. Unfortunately steerer is cracked at the top but can be cut down as the crack is just on the top. For cheap

Seconding @user116496 's question and placing tentative 2nd / 3rd dibs depending on outcome.

The crack was quite long after further inspection. But if you cut of the cracked part it leaves 13~14cm of steerer
