How much better for espresso is a Robot than an aeropress?

Well, as far as I'm aware you can't really make an espresso in an aeropress (despite the litany of accessories that claim to be able to do so), so I'd say considerably better. In the same way that a moka pot doesn't make espresso, short and strong coffee doesn't equal espresso.

I think a lightly tamped moka is closer to espresso than what you can do with an Aeropress.

I quite like moka pot coffee. Much like espresso, it very much depends on the coffee you put in it.
