Yeah I'll leave the groupset, frame and wheels. Other parts I might sell and swap out though.
Not sure about a 50/34 setup either. Might be doing some racing and fast group rides soon and that won't cut it. I guess if I replace the chainrings, I'll have to get a new, longer, chain, and then might have to replace the cassette too? Could get pricey. Don't mind changing the crankset+rings and chain, but that cassette is at least £100 new.
Cross posting from CP: Thought this was a good deal at £550 and nothing I need to upgrade.
Cannondale CAAD10 frame
Campag Zonda wheels
Campag Athena 11 speed group set, 50/34 rings
Campag Chorus Skeleton brakes, Chorus cassette 11 x 29
Continental Ultra Sport 2 tyres 25mm
Easton EA50 bars, 3T ARX stem
Easton EC90 carbon seat post, Selle Italia Max Flite Gel saddle
Shimano 105 pedals
Changes (preference rather than necessity):
Planet-X have 53/39 chainsets for £60, and the rings seem expensive on their own. So might get one of those, too. Have never used Campag before. What's Athena like, compared with say, Ultegra 6800? Will roll with it for a while and see how I get on. Never had Campag before, so quite exciting -_-
