Well if they uses case per 100K and increase... It's still less refined than Dutch government as they also look at the area.

So travelling from UK to Netherlands bis ok, but it's orange as the UK now quarantines nl to uk travel.

Rate can be seen by region... Most of NL is fine, but there are some areas with lots of cases.
I still can't visit my parents if I want to be sensible as both zones with airports have 55 and up cases per 100K
