I haven't taken mine off since I got it this time last year, my absolute favourite watch... The Ray Mears thing was just an internet nickname AFAIK, he wore the OG version for a few years 'til he started sporting a Sub...

The old ones look a bit more bubbly than the recent version, which I really like... Might have to stump up for an old one someday...
