Olympic white is a classic but I think it may look better with a rosewood board?
My bass is Sherwood green metallic with a maple board - it's not the colour I originally looked for but it certainly stands out!

I'm somewhat married to the maple fingerboard I think, gone past that stage of the build but I do love maple on Olympic white with mint pickguard...
There's also a little voice in the back of my mind that's been constantly coercing me toward Dakota Red for the last week or so...
