I used one of my old Nokia’s that somehow still worked last time my proper phone died. Used it for about a year - the amount of time I got back from not checking phone while having a poo was incredible!
Camera was the thing I missed most - everything else I could live without

I would recommend using an overdraft as much as I would recommend reading the daily mail.

But in all seriousness I have a text message alert that my banks sends when you reach an amount of your choice.

Re the toilet situation, this topic is worth its own thread but if you are following the advise from all good proctologists and using a squat stool then there is very little time for scrolling.
