Not sure what your asking here?

They don't look like the fit eachother.

I'm fairly sure the square red and black connectors are the main point of connection from the battery to the controller

ah! sorry. I think they may have sent mismatch battery connection i.e the cables that go from battery holder to the motor (on the left/bottom) dont seem to work with the square-ish cables that come out of the motor/controller. What does yours look like?
