Talking of cooling, any recommendations for decent universal windscreen and side window sun shades?

It's an older car so very doubtful any of the tailored companies would cover my model/year.

Have you tried the manufacturer? I was surprised to find Mazda did a set for a 2007 6.

If not, I found those stretchy ones to be good to shelter the kids from the sun. They stretch around the whole door frame.

Cheers, 92 Saab so there's no one to contact on that one!

Yeah I've seen the stretchy ones but I generally have only ever needed them for me or my partner when were on the move so I'll look for something that folds up and lives in the door pocket.
