Just popped out for lunch and saw a couple of frames by some bins near me. It's just behind the BM lifestyle premises (dry cleaners), down the alley way and turn tight. You can't miss them. Link below shows location (London SW14)

It's a Look KG 381 frame and forks. A little bit scruffy but I couldn't see any major issues. The Dolan frame is a road one and I couldn't see a model number.
Only word of caution is the source of the frames. I suspect they've been thrown out by the local 2nd hand bike shop so they could be garbage. My cautionary glance (no expert) suggested otherwise. The shop mainly sells shoppers and low end hybrids so this may simply be a case of wrong market.
If you fancy a decent beater frame fro free you could do worse than swing by. Bins are often collected on a Monday so these may stay in place but others may move them on. I'd save them but have little no room.
