It was hither green.

Think that it was a combination of four things:

1. London Bridge / shard opening (15 min train)
   
2. Hither Green being ‘discovered’ not long after we moved (pub refurbished etc)
   
3. The flat being undervalued by the company that built it (ie not taking into account points 1 & 2)
   
4. Selling at the top of the market for mid 2010s
   
   

It was listed on the Saturday evening and sold £25k above asking by lunchtime on the Monday to a cash buyer. Nuts.
