Yep, until you've spotted somewhere you want to buy you can hold out.
Also worth sending signals to the EA when you get an offer that's too low. "We'd like to consider it. But they need to find a bit more money." if it's just £10k they need. Etc. Always give the EA hope, that way they'll go back and pump for more money if they can.
Also always worth qualifying the buyer. i.e. how are they paying, are they chain free etc.

Were not really sure, given how much outdoor space we have theres not a huge amount to compare too, and how much initial interest theres been were going to hold on for 340 for a while i think
