Do flats your way sell at asking (or over?). Houses seem to, but as a rule flats not so much (always exceptions though depending on pricing).

On stuff that isn't super desirable 5% under asking seems to be the thing.

Were not really sure, given how much outdoor space we have theres not a huge amount to compare too, and how much initial interest theres been were going to hold on for 340 for a while i think
