• In the same situation and we have considered moving the washing machine and tumble dryer out of the kitchen and upstairs into a utility cupboard area. However that would also mean moving the boiler which is a bit of a pain. Would be good to get them out of the kitchen though.

  • We did this, end of last year installed new heating. Removed a combi from the kitchen and another that was on the 1st floor landing. That landing cupboard now has the washing machine and tumble dryer. Already had a water feed so just the waste to be fitted. New boiler went into the basement, kitchen is free of washing machine, tumble and boilers...
