Here is the cycling bible on line with links to exploded diagrams. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/sturmey-archer_3-spd.html then it is down to you confidence. It is quite straight forward.

Good question.
It's the model with the previous gear shifters to the ones on the current range, but it had the more modern calipers.
