Getting the units wrapped in matt white vinyl soon and putting new handles on. Looking forward to getting rid of the 40-fags-a-day colour of the units now.

Soz, yep. Worked out really nicely I think. Cabinets were gloss cream, and worktops were black granite. Now looks like this having been wrapped in matte white. New worktops, sink, tap, new handles, pendants and blind and made shelves from new worktop off-cuts. Big improvement I reckon.

The island is just two Magnet units back to back. Got rid of one, new worktops and strengthened the new “bar” with a ply back and footrest made from worktop off-cuts. Quite pleased with the result. Danish oiled ALL THE THINGS
