@Dammit - thanks. Interesting as I'd have thought that combo was pretty iconic. A Targa from that era without a big plastic spoiler and bumpers looks odd.
That said my mum's best friend had a similar one back in the day which he quickly sold as he hated it and replaced with 500SL I think. I still remember him wanting to sell his 1983 911 for ~£8k in 2005 and my mum refusing to let my dad buy it - almost identical to this one. Pretty sure it one of the first 3.2l in the UK. But could be wrong.
