My rear DT Swiss 370 track hub axle is a bit mashed and need to run it through a die, but i'm unsure if its a M10 x 1.25 or M10 x 1.5.

Anyone know what specific die I need?

I don't know for sure, but it's far more likely to be M10×1.0 in common with 90% of other rear track hubs
