If your bike was of no-to-medium value you may get lucky.
In a previous employ one of my occasional tasks was sorting and recording piles of recovered bicycles.
I seriously doubt anything nice ended up in that backyard.Quality or newer bikes would be immediately flagged and flogged or shipped out of the UK.
