Yeah, you're not far off the upper echelons of the golf club at this point. Banging choices though.
Re panniers. You going official or aftermarket? Looking for a set as well to add to top box. This shit is pricey.

Going with the Vario panniers (official Bmw for the GS, not GSA). They’re not that pretty but you can key match them and they don’t require any brackets.

Still spendy. Probably £1k for the set.
