I have a nipple problem.
My 6mm barrel nipples are too small for my levers' 7.3mm holes. Are sleeves available, if so where?

Probably easier to get a new cable

It/they are new cables but 6mm diameter nipples, which fit everything else. I've tried finding bigger nipples but you can imagine the search results. Searching that image you posted worked but £19.99 for postage seems a bit steep.
