There's definitely more angst out there. I was screamed at the other night by a guy who defined frustration. Asked the guy why and he shouted that I was "in the centre of the road". I said - "yes, but you can see I'm turning right so I have to signal and move over there... that's how turning right works, to do it any other way is dangerous"... he said "YEAH BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THE FUCKING PISS".
I stayed super reasonable and asked him to be a bit more patient. I was just trying to get home from work after all.
He wished me a sarcastic good night and wheelspun away.
I actually moved over a bit earlier and more deliberately than usual because he was red lining it behind me and I wanted to avoid surprising him.. Needless to say it was a 20 mph road and he would have been doubling that.

I've definitely noticed a lot more unprovoked anger from drivers. Covid frustration seems to be biting hard. An Uber driver had a full meltdown at me because I had the audacity to stop for a red light.
