I'm not helping the memes to crack anyone up but he did suffer a terrible motorcycle accident which left him with very serious head injuries so his transformation was not entirely by choice.

I'm sure he would have some stories though.

He's also in his mid-60s. Most people remember 80s and 90s Marc Almond; I think we all change in 30-40 years.
