Controversial. The clutch issues with the CGT would put me off. And I've never been a fan of the styling. It's a bit too slabby for me.
CGT is very much a last of its kind, analogue super-car, recent enough to be both reliable and very fast, old enough to leave you to drive it, hydraulic steering (albeit I think driven by an electric pump, although that I'm unsure of) and so forth.
That the engine was a re-use of a never produced design for (IIRC) Arrows, combined with the pure shock of it even existing when it was announced makes it a lot cooler than the 918 I think.
I would, that said, not throw the keys back at you if you tried to give me a 918.
