Can't imagine anyone having or being bothered to watch 4 months off CCTV.
It definitely feels like it just got mashed by a reversing lorry or truck. Even if they did notice they'd done it there's zero chance they'd ever stop and leave a note or anything.
It's actually a pretty rubbish place to put bike racks especially without any actual protection.
I normally leave it against a fence but new It was going to be there for some time so thought it would be safer amongst it's own kind. Turns out I couldn't have been more wrong.
