  • Ta. It's for the purpose of seeing if its worth making an offer on a battered mid-terrace that on the face of it is pricey as it is. Anything over £200-£250 to get it done means you'd probably never get your money back.

  • I spent close half of that redoing a whole victorian house. And an extension of about 500sq ft. I not only destroyed most period features but also installed laminate flooring and a mid-low ikea kitchen. Its fine if you dont use your house as some sort of social currency or extension of your character.

    I cook bangin curry in this kitchen.
