  • Question. For some reason I get motion sickness whilst reading on a train. With potentially longer train commute when back in office, I don't want to get bored.

    Do those motion sickness wrist band things make any difference? Anyone used one?

  • I think the answer is only potentially as a placebo. Have you considered podcasts or audiobooks?

  • I suffer bad if driven or take my eyes down. I used to get motion sickness whilst parked at the side of the Queen Mother Reservoir if, out of the corner of my eye, the reflection on the little waves was just right. I'm unable to travel in the back of a car.
    I suffer periodically with labyrinthitis. My doc suggested Stugeron (over the counter). It works for me.
